1. Own the technical design and delivery of important products, systems, or modules.

任职资格：

1. 6+ years of software engineering experience.
6 年以上软件工程经验。
2. Strong experience in backend, full-stack, platform, or distributed systems development.
具备后端、全栈、平台或分布式系统研发经验。
3. Proven ownership of complex technical projects or critical system modules.
有负责复杂技术项目或关键系统模块的经验。
4. Strong understanding of software architecture, engineering quality, and system reliability.

6. Experience in fintech, payments, financial systems, or high-availability platforms is preferred.
