工作职责：

1.Tax Compliance and Filing: Responsible for tax compliance and filing for overseas companies (such as Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, the UK, the US, etc.).
2.Transfer pricing assessment and documentation: work with external tax consultants to develop transfer pricing methodology and complete country level documentation that satisfy auditors and tax authorities.
3.Tax Consulting and Planning: For new business models, provide compliance assessments, filing guidance, tax risk assessment based on local tax laws; assist the team with tax planning and risk management, delivering high-quality tax solutions and reduce tax cost.
4.Policy Research and Analysis: Proactively track, collect, and analyze tax policy developments in relevant countries/regions and promptly assess their impact on the company's business and obtain tax incentives when applicable.
5.System and Process Development: Assist in establishing and improving overseas tax management process and develop procedures to enhance the standardization and efficiency of overall tax planning process.
Team Support: Actively assist the finance team with tax related account reconciliation, data analysis, and other tasks to ensure efficient team cooperation.

任职资格：

1.Bachelor's degree or above in tax, accounting, finance, or economics; tax certification or CPA preferred.
2.3-5 years of international tax experience, Big Four or in-house positions preferred; good knowledge of transfer pricing.
3.Proficient in Chinese and English, able to communicate with colleagues in mainland China, Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, the UK, the US.
4.Familiar with specific tax regulations for target countries (such as Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, the UK, the US, etc) and basic accounting knowledge.
5.Excellent cross-department communication and analysis skills, quick learner, proactive in driving work progress.
