工作职责：

1. Build the Data team, its structure, and talent pipeline.
搭建数据团队，规划团队架构与人才梯队。
2. Build and maintain data warehouse, data pipelines, and analytics platforms.
建设并维护数据仓库、数据管道与分析平台。
3. Establish data governance, quality, and security controls in line with PIPL/PDPO.
建立数据治理、数据质量与数据安全机制，符合 PIPL/PDPO 要求。
4. Drive BI reporting, metrics systems, and self-service analytics.
推动 BI 报表、指标体系与自助分析能力。
5. Collaborate with Product, AI, and Engineering on data requirements.
与 Product、AI 和 Engineering 协作支持数据需求。

任职资格：

1. 7+ years of data engineering, data warehousing, or analytics experience, including 2+ years in leadership.
7 年以上数据工程、数据仓库或数据分析经验，其中 2 年以上团队管理经验。
2. Strong SQL and ETL/ELT, data modeling, and data warehouse/big-data experience.
精通 SQL，熟悉 ETL/ELT、数据建模及数仓/大数据技术。
3. Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
熟练使用 Tableau、Power BI 等 BI 工具。
4. Understanding of data governance and security compliance.
了解数据治理与数据安全合规要求。
5. Proficiency in English and Chinese as working languages; English is required.
中英文均可作为工作语言，英语为必备项。
6. Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
具备较强的沟通与跨团队协作能力。
7. Experience in fintech, trade finance, or financial data analytics is preferred.
具备金融科技、贸易融资或金融数据分析经验者优先。
