工作职责：

1. Accounting and Bookkeeping
- Responsible for accounting and bookkeeping for the group and its subsidiaries in Hong Kong, Singapore, Mainland China, the UK and the US, tasks including revenue calculation for main business, cost and expense monitoring, journal entry booking, ledger reconciliation and month-end/year-end closing;
- Ensure accounting practices comply with accounting standards and company financial policy

2. Financial Statement Preparation and Analysis
- Prepare monthly balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements;
- Complete timely financial reporting and analysis to support management decisions.

3. Tax-related Work for China Subsidiaries
- Responsible for routine tax filings for Mainland China subsidiaries (including but not limited to VAT, stamp duty, corporate income tax etc.), tax calculations, and tax ledger management;
- Coordinate with tax authorities and auditors to control tax risks.

4. External Audit
- Assist and cooperate with statutory auditors, prepare and provide relevant financial materials, and follow up on audit issue rectification, ensure audit reports are issued on time

5. Group Intercompany Transactions and Consolidation
- Responsible for reconciliation with related parties in the group;
- Complete group consolidated financial statements (e.g. internal transaction elimination, consolidation adjustments).

6. Financial Management and Other Support
- Assist in improving financial processes and internal control;
- Support business teams and deal with enquiries from other departments
- Support budget execution, expense control, and other finance-related tasks;
- Perform other tasks assigned by bosses.

任职资格：

1. Education
- Bachelor’s degree or above; major in accounting, finance, audit, or related fields preferred.

2. Skills
- Fluent in English, able to work in English and communicate with colleagues in Hong Kong, Singapore, the UK, and the US;
- CPA preferred;
- Proficient in using financial software (e.g., Kingdee) , Excel, Power Query etc;
- Strong data analysis skills.

3. Work Experience
- 3-6 years of relevant finance experience; experience in Big Four or Fintech companies preferred;
- Experience in handling group company or multi-entity accounting preferred.

4. Professional Competence
- Familiar with accounting standards and relevant tax regulations;
- Ability to independently handle full-set accounts and financial statement preparation preferred;
- Experience in dealing with external audits and group consolidation.
