工作职责：

"The Commercial Management Trainee Program is a specialized recruitment and development initiative aimed at cultivating commercial talents. Through a comprehensive training system combining structured learning, cross-functional rotations, and practical experience, the program seeks to develop a group of outstanding commercial professionals who embody Unloq’s (a Linklogis group company) culture and possess strong product knowledge, solution expertise, and market insight.

Participants will be assigned to core teams such as Business Development, Customer Success, Marketing, and Financial Institution Partnerships, and are expected to grow into key business contributors and frontline leaders.

During the training period, trainees will be based at headquarters for intensive rotation and hands-on business practice, enhancing their professional capability, execution, and leadership. Upon completion of the program, participants will be assigned to business teams across different cities to continue their career development as future drivers of Unloq’s commercial transformation."

任职资格：

"Bachelor’s degree or above, graduating in 2026; all majors are welcome, with preference given to Economics and Management-related fields.

Excellent communication and learning abilities, with a strong sense of long-term vision.

Strong stress tolerance and sense of responsibility, able to take on significant challenges.

Highly self-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated to pursue higher achievements.

Willing to develop a long-term career in commercial roles, open to business travel and mobility; candidates with internship experience in banks, financial institutions, or fintech companies will be given priority."
